How long do orders take to ship?
Once an order is placed, it takes 3-5 business days for processing. After processing, the order will be shipped, and delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days, depending on your location
How long do coloured units take to process?
Each unit is custom-made, requiring 7-10 business days to perfect the color. Once completed, we ship via FedEx or DHL, with an additional 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on custom-colored units?
Due to the custom nature of our colored units, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each unit is made specifically for you, and we ensure the highest quality during the creation process, however if you suspect having received a defective order, feel free to contact us at contact@thecamaracollection.com
Can I expect the exact same color as seen on the website?
While we strive for consistency, every wig is custom-made and hand-colored. Due to this, we cannot guarantee the color will be exactly as advertised, but it will closely match the example.
